All clients are required to complete intake forms prior to their appointment. These forms allow me to review skin history, allergies, sensitivities, medications, and contraindications so your treatment is safe and fully customized.
New Clients
New clients must complete a New Client Intake & Consultation Form prior to their first appointment. This form includes skin history, Fitzpatrick skin type, lifestyle factors, allergies, medications, and treatment consent.
Returning Clients
Returning clients are required to complete a brief Client Update Form before each appointment to confirm any changes in allergies, medications, skin conditions, or pregnancy status.

By booking a service, clients acknowledge and consent to skincare treatments performed by a licensed esthetician.
Photo and video content may be captured during appointments for educational or promotional purposes. Media release consent is signed once and remains valid unless revoked in writing. Written requests to revoke consent will be acknowledged and applied to future content only.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-call / no-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.(If cancellation prior to 24 hours is reoccurring)
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Appointments more than 15-20 minutes late may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Your Skin Strategy Facial is our first step together. It allows me to professionally assess your skin, see if your barrier needs repair, and safely create a personalized plan. Starting here ensures we set you up for success before moving into advanced treatments.
If possible, come makeup-free. If not, no worries, I can remove it at no extra cost. Please avoid retinols, acids, or excessive sun exposure for 24–48 hours beforehand. This helps prevent unnecessary irritation since I’ll be using professional-grade products during your service.
You’ll receive a full skin assessment, a customized treatment, and we’ll discuss your goals. From there, I’ll create your personal skincare pathway so you know exactly what comes next.
Most clients see an immediate difference, but results vary depending on what your skin needs most. During your service, I’ll explain what to expect both right away and in the weeks ahead.
If you’re currently on Accutane (isotretinoin), you must be off of it for at least 6 months before booking any treatments. For other prescriptions (like topical retinoids), we’ll review them together and adjust your plan as needed — safety always comes first.
Not at all! Just avoid strong actives 24–48 hours before your visit. We’ll review your current products during your consultation so I can help you build on what’s working and adjust what isn’t.
Yes, I’ll recommend products that will support your results — but there’s no obligation to purchase. My goal is to set you up for success, whether that’s with your current products or new ones.
